• Contact form is Wordpress Contact Form 7 plugin
• Sitemap uses Wordpress Google Sitemap Generator plugin
• Meta Tags refers to title, keywords and description
• Friendly urls refers to Wordpress permalinks e.g. yourdomain.co.uk/about
• Google Adsense or affiliate product integration would require access to your account
• Your minisite layout may be the same as other clients however all content, meta tags and images will be unique
• We do not guarantee website rankings with any package
• If you have an existing site that you wish to replace your rankings in the Search Engines may change

Wordpress Installation

• Free hosting is available for the first year, then £25 per annum thereafter (see here). However, please read the next two points if you wish to self host your site…

• Full FTP access is required to amend files, such as .htacces and to upload the wordpress theme
• We ask that, if the customers control panel does not have an automatic wordpress installation feature that they have it installed before purchasing our services as this is not included in the price.

Payment and Refunds

• Payment is take in advance via Paypal.
• We like to think we’ll always exceed your expectations however, we’re all human and if you are unhappy with something, we’ll do our best to rectify it. Refunds can only be issued if we completely fail to provide any of the packages detailed above. This is to ensure potential malicious customers do not pay for us to complete a mini site, take a copy then request a refund.
